HOW THE BOARD WORKS

Rules.

Short rules, visible ranking, no hidden quality score. These rules are written for BidRush and should be reviewed by your lawyer before launch.

1. Ranking

  • New listings start at the minimum amount shown at checkout.
  • Listings are ordered by their verified standing bid, highest first.
  • If two listings have the same standing bid, the most recently verified bid takes the higher position.
  • Verified payments accumulate into the listing’s standing bid. BidRush identifies a listing by its normalized product URL. Submitting the same URL adds to that existing listing, and checkout charges only the difference between its current standing total and the new chosen total.
  • A rank is never permanent. Another verified bid may move a listing down at any time, but prior verified spend remains part of that listing’s standing total.

2. URL-based listing identity

BidRush does not require an account to create or boost a listing. The normalized public product URL is the listing identity. Anyone who submits that same URL can add verified funds to its standing total. This does not, by itself, prove legal ownership or control of the destination website.

3. What can be listed

  • Only lawful, publicly accessible products and websites may be submitted.
  • We may reject malware, scams, deceptive products, prohibited goods/services, impersonation, infringement, hate/extremist content, sexual exploitation, or content that creates legal or platform risk.
  • Product metadata may be fetched from the submitted public URL and refreshed later.

3. Payment, local currency and activation

  • Opening checkout does not reserve a position.
  • The board uses one canonical marketplace currency for fair global ranking. Dodo Payments may present the payable amount in your local currency when Adaptive Currency is available.
  • Your position changes only after BidRush receives verified payment confirmation from the payment provider.
  • If the position changes before your payment settles, the server applies the ranking rules against the latest authoritative board state.

4. Clicks

Outbound visits pass through a counted BidRush redirect before the visitor is sent to the destination. The public click count is generated by our server, not by the listed product.

5. Refunds and being outbid

Being overtaken by another listing is the intended behavior of the board and, by itself, is not a service failure. Genuine billing errors, duplicate charges, or a paid listing that was not activated should be reported to support. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where law requires them.

6. Enforcement

We may hide, reject, or remove listings that break these rules, create security risk, mislead users, infringe rights, or threaten the integrity of the board.
