TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms.

An original launch draft for a paid-placement leaderboard. This is not a substitute for advice from counsel in the jurisdictions where you operate.

1. Service

BidRush provides paid placement on a public product leaderboard. A payment purchases the placement determined by the ranking rules at the time the payment is verified. It does not guarantee traffic, sales, downloads, leads or a fixed duration at any rank.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter a contract and must have authority to promote the submitted product or URL.

URL-based identity

BidRush does not require account sign-in for listing creation or boosts. A normalized product URL identifies the listing. A later submission of the same URL adds to the same standing bid rather than creating a second listing. URL submission alone does not prove website ownership, so protected actions such as deletion, destination changes, private billing access, or disputes may require separate verification.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Available methods, taxes and currency treatment may depend on your region and account configuration. Do not submit payment credentials directly to BidRush outside the payment provider's secure flow.

4. No guaranteed position

Other verified bids can change your position at any time. Previous verified payments remain included in your listing’s standing bid, and future boosts charge only the additional amount required to reach the new total you choose. Moving down the board is not, by itself, a defect or failure to provide the service.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • No automated click inflation, self-click farms, bots or manipulation of public metrics.
  • No attempts to bypass payment, ranking, security, rate limits or moderation.
  • No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or deceptive submissions.

6. Availability

The service is provided subject to maintenance, outages, third-party dependencies and changes. We may modify the product and rules prospectively, with material changes communicated appropriately.

7. Liability

Add jurisdiction-specific warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and governing-law clauses after legal review.

Currency and local checkout

BidRush keeps one canonical marketplace currency for ranking so listings from different countries are compared consistently. Where Dodo Payments Adaptive Currency is available, checkout may present and charge an equivalent local-currency amount based on billing country and current conversion rates. Taxes, conversion adjustments, and local payment-method fees shown by Dodo at checkout form part of the final payable amount.
